Purchases of products or services made on Printlitoart.com (the “Site”) are governed by the following conditions (the “Conditions”).

Services offered by the site
Printlitoart.com is a digital platform that provides support for printing lithographs of art in Italy and around the world. Works printed on fine paper from one to six colors.
Totally Made in Italy, with high quality materials and finishes, it allows to realize high quality lithographs with the assistance of experts in the field of printing and with hyper-performing systems among the most modern in Europe, printed exclusively on paper Italian. The press boutique that offers a result of excellent quality and customized by type of format, types of paper and colors, with home delivery, or with delivery to third parties through postal delivery services in the Italian and international territory (the “Postalization Service” “). Except where otherwise specified, these Conditions apply to all Services offered by Printlitoart.com where compatible.
PrintLitoArt ensures that the print of the work of art has been created by Masters of Art with over thirty years of experience using lithographic printing techniques of the latest generation that guarantee a unique and artisan workmanship of the works reproduced in every printing process. Each reproduction takes place individually and you may notice very small differences compared to the original print file due to the technical characteristics of a semi-sartorial product. There may be a variation of the white border depending on the format of the lithographs you choose and the print file you receive.
Lithographic prints, depending on the choice of the type of paper and the colors chosen, may not be perfectly identical to the original works. For example, for the pastel effect or for rougher papers, on some shades of soft colors may diverge from the original work.
Every single print will be numbered and certified with the dry mark of the magister of the printing art. This will confer a characteristic of exclusivity to every printing process as per the lithographic tradition.
The normal procedure of the online order will be subject to variations in the procedure only if the customer chooses one or more special processes. In order to always propose a high quality product, we will ask for further details and the final confirmation by email to perfect the lithography with the required processing.
To access the Services you must register on the Site. During registration, users will be asked to specify if they wish to register and then make purchases as a company, individual company / freelancer or association, also specifying the user’s nationality. We do not sell our services to private customers.
All the final prices of the Services displayed on the Site are expressed in Euro and in the currencies corresponding to other countries in the Euro zone and can be viewed with and without VAT, depending on the country or type of registration. The prices of the Services may be subject to periodic changes. For certain products and offers shipping costs are to be considered included. For all remaining products, these are the responsibility of the user.
By agreeing to print with PrintLitoArt you declare and warrant that you are the exclusive owner, or anyway subject to the full exclusive availability of all rights including – as an example and not exhaustive – those of intellectual property and author, relating to photographs sent to the PrintLitoArt website. I also certify and guarantee to indulge PrintLitoArt and its assignees from any claim, claim, dispute – even in court – that should arise in relation to the exploitation of the photos by PrintLitoArt.
Choice of product and method of purchase
The user can proceed with the selection of the Products even before authentication, selecting them each time, personalizing them, adding the desired quantities in their shopping cart, and possibly opting for the Postalization Service. Some images may be provided for informational purposes and may differ from the appearance of the delivered Product.
Once confirmed the quote and completed the payment (with the exception of bank transfer), the user will be asked to complete the order by uploading the content to be printed in the “File Sending Area”.
The user remains the only person responsible for verifying content, spelling and graphics of uploaded files.
At the end of the selection of the desired items, a screen will be displayed to send the order with an indication of the total costs and expenses, for all the selected Products and / or Services.
Payments and uploading of contents
The customer can purchase the online services and make payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) using the Paypal platform, or by bank transfer, as indicated on the Website, following the instructions indicated for the purchase procedure.
The information necessary for payment will be forwarded, via encrypted protocols, to the payment institution entrusted by Printlitoart.com with the electronic payment services at a distance, without the possibility of access by third parties.
Payments for the online purchase of the lithographic printing service must be made in advance and, only after payment and upload of the “compliant” file by the user, the selected items will be put into production.
For payments by bank transfer the production will begin only after the crediting and, consequently, the delivery may be postponed for 2-3 days, plus the time for printing and shipping. In this case it is also necessary to enter the order number in the reason for payment to identify the transaction.
The invoicing of the purchases will take place already during shipment and will be made available to the customer in their reserved area in a dedicated section: it will be the customer’s responsibility to access this area, print the document and keep it in accordance with the regulations in force.
Responsibility of users on uploaded content
The selection of the containing and images to be printed, as well as the acquisition of the relative authorizations for their reproduction, where necessary, in the case of the Postalization Service, the use of personal information concerning the recipients, remain the sole responsibility of the users. . Printlitoart.com will not proceed in any case to verify the contents except for the technical specifications and the graphic compatibility with the required specifications.
Printilitoart.com can not in any way be held responsible for the unauthorized use of images by users and for any type of violation of rights of third parties over them.
The user therefore exonerates Printlitoart.com, also undertaking to keep it unharmed and to hold harmless, from any liability towards third parties who may complain about violations of intellectual property rights, image damage, honor, dignity, moral integrity or any other pecuniary damage and not on the basis of the printing of images and content uploaded by the user, and – in the case of the Postalization Service – resulting from the use of personal information and / or receipt of the Products by the recipients of the Service.
Print Lithographs of Art reserves in any case the right to block any order that involves a clear violation of intellectual property rights of third parties or otherwise whose contents are defamatory, violent or otherwise contrary to public order and good morals .
Automatic verification of uploaded files
The system of Printlitoart.com automatically verifies the compatibility of the lithographs of art in terms of format, size, resolution and possible presence of open fonts, verification of fonts and conversion of these in traces, verification of any overprinted white and passage in drilling , as well as the conversion of any Pantone to the best profile for the requested print (the system does not inform about the Pantone colors present in the file, but directly foresees its conversion into CMYK).
In case of non-compliance of the file sent, the system will proceed to block the order. In this case, the user will be notified by e-mail and invited to proceed with the loading of a new file with subsequent slippage of the delivery date.
In the case of Postalization Service, the system will also perform a verification of the completeness of the file in csv containing the addresses of the recipients transmitted by the user. In the event that the system verifies a lack of data of more than 10% of the names contained in the file in csv, the system will transmit to the user a communication of non-conformity and proceed to block the order.
If the system does not detect any discrepancy or, in the case of the Postalization Service, an incomplete percentage of less than 10%, the file will automatically pass into production.
Verification option with operator of uploaded files
At the request of the user, through the “Verify File” option it is possible to request for free the verification of the graphic-aesthetic specifications of the file by Printilitoart.com.
By selecting this option, Printilitoart.com will provide: graphic verification of levels, outline traces, safety margins, distance of the graphic elements from the edge of the print, verification of the .pdf file for the specific needs required for the lithographs of art, verification of the correct graphic setting for the different formats.
In any case, the verification system with operator (Magister) of the uploaded files does not include a thorough check of the spelling, nor of any missing parts within the work.
Delivery and shipping times
The Postalization Service provides for delivery within Italy and on international territories.
The delivery of the Art Lithographs will be made within five working days from the date of receipt of the order. In the case of Postal Service, the terms of delivery to the final recipient refer to the terms applied by the postal courier, which are highlighted to the user during the order process. The terms are calculated starting from the completion of the order, ie at the end of the file upload and confirmation receipt. The delivery dates are valid for most of a given national territory. Islands and remote areas could be served in two or more additional working days.
The order must be considered not completed until the moment the file has been uploaded by the user and the relative payment. If the user does not provide for uploading the file, the order can not be concluded with the cancellation of the choices made during the creation and personalization process of the lithographs of art.
For working days we mean the days from Monday to Friday with the exception of 1/1, 6/1, 25/4, 1/5, 2/6, 15/8, 1/11, 8/12, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, Easter Monday.
Printlitoart.com will not be responsible in any case for possible damages caused by delays in delivery.
Right of withdrawal or “rethinking”
In the case of purchases of Products or Services as a consumer in accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day in the case of a contract of sale: «in which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.»; in the case of choice of the Postal Service, the withdrawal period runs from the conclusion of the contract, which occurs with the order confirmation email sent by Printlitoart.com to the user.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement.
You are requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day in which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the Products are charged to the user.
Pursuant to art. 56, paragraph III, legislative decree 06.09.2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), Printlitoart.com is entitled to withhold the refund until it has received the Products or until the user has demonstrated that he has returned the Products, whichever situation occurs first
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal pursuant to articles 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises is excluded in relation to:
a) service contracts after the complete provision of the service if the execution began with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by the professional;
b) the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that the trader is not able to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
d) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e) the supply of sealed goods that can not be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
f) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can take place only after thirty days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations on the market that can not be controlled by the professional;
h) contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the professional for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, the professional provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than the spare parts necessary for maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to such additional services or goods;
i) the provision of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been opened after delivery;
l) the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
m) contracts concluded at a public auction;
n) provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering services or services relating to leisure time activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;

Disclaimer – product defects
Printlitoart.com will not be liable to you for damages of any kind, either direct or indirect, arising from any errors, of any nature, in the printing of the file sent by the customer, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In the event of printing errors which are not attributable to the user or the delivery of defective or damaged product, Printlitoart.com will be required to perform only one reprint of the material.
At the time of delivery the user is required to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered, errors in printing or packaging of the material not attributable to the user, must be reported immediately to the courier or customer service. The goods must be withdrawn by signing with specific reservation of control. The user must then open an alert through his Personal Area, taking care to attach the photographic documentation where required within 8 days of receiving the material.
Printlitoart.com will do its best to respond to reports received within six hours.
Protection of personal data
With the conclusion of a contract concerning the Postalization Service, the customer, as the Owner, appoints Printlitoart.com, which accepts, External Manager (hereinafter ‘Responsible’) of the processing (pursuant to Article 29 of the D .Lgs. 196/2003 the Code regarding the protection of personal data – the “Code”) of the Personal Data of which the customer is the Data Controller.
The Owner entrusts the Manager, who accepts, the task of carrying out processing operations on personal data in possession of, in particular storage, processing, printing, mailing and processing to the exclusive purpose of fulfilling the services referred to in the Contract . The Data Processor is also authorized to carry out the additional processing operations strictly necessary for the exact fulfillment of his / her performance covered by the Contract in a lawful manner, according to correctness, in compliance with the provisions of the Code and the Contract.
The Data Controller expressly attributes to the Data Supervisor the power to identify any subcontractors / contractors to be used for the execution of the Contract, providing directly for the appointment of the latter, in the name and on behalf of the client, as external processors .
By signing this document, the Manager accepts the appointment, confirming the direct and in-depth knowledge of the obligations assumed in relation to the aforementioned Code, he undertakes to proceed to the processing of personal data correctly and in a lawful manner only completion of the assignment received and guarantees that it possesses adequate organizational and economic capacity for processing in accordance with personal data regulations.
The present Appointment Act will have the same duration as the Contract of which it is an integral part. The consideration agreed between the parties for the provision of the services referred to in the Contract must also be understood as including the remuneration of the activity of the Data Processor.
